The main issue is the effect of the proposal on the character and appearance of Hartshorne and the surrounding area taking into particular account the settings of listed buildings; the effect on landscape; the effect on the pattern of built development in Hartshorne; and the sustainability of the proposal in terms of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).<\/p>\n
