Film nights are usually every month so look at the notice board and our website for details.<\/p>\n Recycling in the Village –\u00a0<\/strong>Eliminating the Idea of Waste\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0by recycling the “non-recyclable.” .This recycling programme is funded by brands, manufacturers and retailers to help collect and recycle hard to recycle waste.\u00a0 Items can be recycled and left at the drop off point located within the old telephone box.\u00a0 Look at the recycle, book swap and info kiosk page for full details.<\/p>\n Scarecrow Trail \u2013 The Admiral Rodney run its second Scarecrow Trail in September.\u00a0 1st place Pilot in a tree, 2nd bbq pig,\u00a0 3rd Strawvill and Dean.\u00a0 A tea party at Cobweb cottage also helped raise money for the cause. A trophy was presented to the winning scarecrow owner and all proceeds will be presented to Air Ambulance raising over \u00a3400 for a fantastic cause.\u00a0 Well done all involved<\/p>\n GRANTS\u00a0for conversion from soliud fuel to Oil\/LPG<\/strong><\/p>\n MARK WARING from the County Council has funding for a project to fully pay for the conversion for people who are struggling to maintain their heating due to ill health or disability. As long as they qualify (which sounds very straightforward) he can get the conversion progressing quickly in time for winter.
